Legamenti Damore Su Fotografia Esistono Davvero

Legamenti Damore Su Fotografia Esistono Davvero

I classici ZOMBIEE.

Do You Know How To Make A Fairy Garden Come In And Learn How

Do You Know How To Make A Fairy Garden Come In And Learn How
WHAT IS A FAIRY?Fairies are magickal beings that are multidimensional. They can move in and through the physical realm. We live in the 3rd dimension, the physical realm. But in reality, everything we see, hear, touch, taste, and smell are only illusions. These perceptions are how we communicate the information we receive in the physical realm to our true spiritual selves.Everything is energy and nothing is truly solid. The fairies know this, and are able to merge with the things that appear to be solid in the physical realm. Their energies are lighter and their knowledge of quantum physics allows them to move in and out of different dimensions, which all co-exist at the same time in the same space. You do not have to know or understand quantum physics to know that Fairies do exist, and that we rarely ever see them with our physical eyes. We sense them, feel their presence, and very often can communicate with them psychically through telepathy or visions. There are many Types and Speices of Fairies and Fae too numberous to listI have 2 Fairies Marygold Marygold tells me she has been with me for Centuries since in a former life time I saved her from someone who was abuising her and hurting her she bound herself to me and been following me in countless life times Marygold speaks with a Gaelic accent and is a very funny and sexy fairy loves to talk ALOT This is Violet I met Violet during a life time In ancient Roman times as a Farmer her home was destroyed and I built a fairy garden to let her and the Fae to be welcome to be blessed the farmshe has been with me ever since she has a Germanic Accent Violet and Marygold are very Close VERY Close and often can be seen or heard having sex or making out together Perhaps you're lucky and have an oak tree in your enchanted garden for attracting fairies... if not, consider planting an oak tree! Fairies cherish the Great Oak and use the acorns for decoration, celebrations and use the tops for hats. Magic oak leaves are used in the autumn celebrations.Hundreds of faeries have been found to live in the oldest Oaks. There are fairies to be found in every Oak tree. The health and energy of the surrounding fairy garden plays a major role in determining how many fairies actually live in the Great Oak. Try placing crystals in the ground surrounding the Great Oak if you feel that the energy needs liftingWhen you plant an enchanted garden for attracting fairies, you will undoubtedly attract some other friends to your fairy garden with birdhouses, bird baths, bird feeders and hummingbird feeders. Fairies seem to enjoy the same habitat that butterflies love, so plant flowers, plants and herbs that attract hummingbirds, butterflies and bees. When planning your enchanted garden, many plants attract butterflies and fairies... some of the fairies favorite flowers aresunflower, honeysuckle, fernleaf yarrow, summer lilac, red valerian, daisies, cosmos, rosemary, thyme, purple coneflower, pincushion scabiosa, french lavender and heliotrope. (See also Flowers that Attract Fairies). Plant pansies, snapdragons, blue columbine, foxglove (foxglove, meaning "Folk's glove" is used for gloves and hats), tulips (tulips are good for clothing and for their babes beds), butterfly, nasturtiums and a long list of other favorites to attract hummingbirds and garden fairies. They love fruit trees such as apple, cherry or pear. They like to use the blossoms for clothing and for spring festivities. If you happen to live near a stream, you are probably lucky enough to have water fairies in your enchanted garden. Fairies and water sprites love the sights and sounds of water.1.Old wine barrel or Garden pot birdhouse doll house or mason jar or anything you can use to make a mini garden2. Good Quaility Potting soil {Earthworms are optional}3.Stones / Rocks or Crystals of your choice4. sea shells of your choice5. small Gnomes statues and Fairy statues6.fairy furniture or Doll Furniture you can find it at local Garage and yard salesa tiny table and chair and an Arbor maybe a swing anything your imagination is the limit7.Shiny things Fairies love shiny things like Glitter or anything shiny8. Sigils, Symbols 9.Honey, Sugar, Candy Sweet Treats10 Herbs and FlowersHere's a short list of plants that attract faeries to your garden: Common yarrow, Achillea millefolium New York aster, Aster novi-belgii Shasta daisy, Chrysanthemum maximum Western giant hyssop or horsemint, Agastache occidentalis French lavender, Lavendula dentata Rosemary, Rosemarinus officinalis Thyme, Thymus Fountain butterfly bush, Buddleia alternifolia Orange-eye butterfly bush, summer lilac, Buddleia davidii Shrubby cinquefoil, Potentilla fruitiosa Common garden petunia, Petunia hybrida Verbenas, vervains, Verbena Pincushion flowers, Scabiosa caucasica Cosmos, Cosmos bipinnatus Common zinnia, Zinnia elegansThey also love the following plants and trees:Foxglove, primrose, ragwort, cowslips, pansies, bluebells, clover (3-leaf, not 4-leaf), St. John's wort, hazel, rowan, blackthorn, oak, willow, elder, birch, alder, apple, ash, and especially toadstools.Dedicating the Faery Garden-Once the garden is started, you might want to ritually dedicate it as a Faery garden sanctuary. Begin by walking the around the garden with an athame pointed at its boundaries (much like casting a circle). Then sprinkle the perimeter of the garden with a branch of fir dipped in salted spring water. Finally, walk the boundaries of the garden with a lighted incense stick. (It can be left to burn in the ground when you finish.) Then with a wand of hazel, slowly walk around the garden greeting each plant with words like:Spirits of the (insert plant name),I welcome your presence in the garden.Feel your love flow from your heart, down your wand, and out the end of the wand. Be sure to welcome all plants, stones, and trees. (Nature spirits are easily offended.) Conclude your ritual with these words:In the name of the Goddess and the God,I declare this garden a sanctuaryFor the spirits of natureAnd the children of the Gods. When you are finished, leave a gift -- cookies, soda, ale, cream, or bright, shiny things like rings, beads, or stones.Let these pictures inspire you to create one for you and your Fairy use Pumpkins or Gourds and lots of imagination

Zambian Teachers Chieftainess Flee In Fear Of Witchcraft

Zambian Teachers Chieftainess Flee In Fear Of Witchcraft
Above: 'Chamfwiti' (The Tree of Witches) in Chitope Village, Luangwa Valley, Zambia. Previous to 1952, the bodies of executed wizards and witches were dumped into the hollow tree. Left: A traditional healer from the Tonga, Zambia

allafrica - Pupils at Lunyike Basic School in Chipata have not been learning for two weeks because teachers have allegedly fled fearing witchcraft.

Eight teachers have so far been reported to have requested for immediate transfers following reports of witchcraft.

Lunyike Parent Teachers Association (PTA) vice chairperson, Atron Zulu confirmed that all the teachers at the school had left.

And the Ministry of Education said it was doing everything possible to normalise the situation at the school situated in Paramount Chief Mpezeni's area.

Chipata District Education Board Secretary (DEBS) Kezias Lungu said his office had sent a new head teacher and deputy to the school.

He explained that his office was also trying to convince some teachers to move to the school.

Mr Lungu explained that it had not been easy to transfer teachers to the school because of the alleged reports of witchcraft in the area.

In another development, the PTA at Cronje Basic School in Chipata District has locked up the office of the deputy headteacher.

Cronje Basic School PTA chairperson, Maiko Mawelela, confirmed the development yesterday the PTA closed the office for the deputy headteacher on Wednesday last week because they wanted her to explain how finances paid by pupils for the electrification exercise was spent while the head teacher was on leave.

The PTA accused the deputy headteacher of refusing to cooperate with other members of staff adding that she has no regard for the PTA committee.

A check on Tuesday by a Times reporter found the office of the deputy headteacher at the Reformed Church in Zambia run school completely locked.

And school headteacher, Steve Mwale, who also acknowledged the closure of the deputy headteachers' office, said he was not aware of the decision made by the PTA to close the office.

And when contacted for a comment, RCZ, education board secretary, Chuluchaminga Nkhata, said he was not aware of the incident.

Zambian Chieftainess Flees Palace

lusakatimes - Chieftainess Kalaba of Mansa district in Luapula Province has fled her palace for fear of being bewitched by her subjects. And several teachers at Lupende basic school in the same chiefdom have also threatened to flee the school due to what they called incessant nightmares caused by wizards.

This came to light on Sunday when Luapula Province minister Dr Boniface Kawimbe and Mansa District Commissioner Major Chibwe Nsakasha visited the rural school.

Major Nsakasha confirmed to ZANIS that it is true chieftainess Kalaba had fled the palace due to concerns of witchcraft. The DC said the traditional ruler is living in Senama compound and she intends to move to Mano near Chipili in Mwense district.

Villagers interviewed said chieftainess Kalaba had decided not to return to her palace after fleeing because every time she attempted to do so, she fell seriously ill.

Meanwhile, teachers at Lupende Basic were found to have packed their household goods in readiness to leave the school.

Parents Teachers Association Chairperson Royd Kasapo said teachers feared for their lives due to alleged witchcraft in which both unmarried and married female teachers were sexually abused while in their sleep.

Mr Kasapo said male teachers whose wives were allegedly being used by wizards equally claimed to have been bewitched, a condition that has made them incapable of consummating their marriage responsibilities.

He disclosed that the PTA, headmen and the chieftainess had decided to bring a witch finder on March 1 this year who named five old men, including a retired headmaster at the school to be in possession of charms that enabled them to abuse women in their sleep.

The PTA chairperson said the retired headmaster, a named old man and other wizards were exorcised of their charms and have since bolted from Lupende.

The deputy head teacher Afya Mwaba narrated to Dr Kawimbe how on several occasions she experienced nightmares where she was being abused.

Ms Mwaba said the relatives of the wizards have declared to continue tormenting the teachers publicly telling them that what they were experiencing in the night will continue because the charms they have were a family inheritance.

Luapula Province Minister appealed to the headmen and parents in the community to help resolve the problems teachers are facing.

Dr Kawimbe said Government has very few teachers and if the seven teachers at Lupende abandoned the school, it will be closed and the community will continue to remain backwards.

NOTE: here is an excellent site that explains witchcraft and satanism in Zambia...Lon

Faerie Magickfaerie Offerings

Faerie Magickfaerie Offerings
thefae:

Faerie Magick/Faerie Offerings

If you want to attract fairies to your home you should leave some food offerings. This will give the fairies something they want and it leads them to trust you. Try leaving small cakes, candies, ginger, barely, icing candies (like for birthday cakes), etc. They also love gardens, so you leave some of these offerings there, in a bowl or basket. Planting roses, bluebells, thyme, etc. will also help attract them to you.

Don't look for the offering to disappear because the fairies don't physically eat them. Fairies are capable of taking the energy from the offerings, rather than taking the offering itself. In a few days, the cake may still be there, but it may look a bit plastic or unreal. Of course, if an animal comes along and eats the offering, this is a good sign. Don't send it away. It may be the fairy in animal form coming for its present.

FAIRY GARDEN

Fairy Garden- You can plant a garden for the fairies. This is a wonderful idea. You can think about planting bluebells and roses in the garden, since fairies love them. Also, fairies and animals alike love water. You can create a wonderful pool in the middle of your garden. Just dig a small hole and line it. Place rocks around the edge. You can replenish the water each time you water your garden. Fairies also like the wild. Let a small portion of your garden overgrow and get tangled, without de-weeding it. This will be the place for those wild Faeries.

FAIRY ALTAR

You can set aside a table top, corner, dresser top, etc. for a fairies Altar. On this altar you can place your offerings in a basket. Also, you could have flowers and statues. Dirt and water are also good. Make it pretty, but home-like as well. A rose oil burner can be great too.

FAIRY BUBBLES

Buy one of those cheap bubble bottles (for kids) and sit in your garden. Ask the fairies to join you and just blow bubbles. Watch the bubbles and relax. Don't just blow them all out for the heck of it. Smile and have fun doing it. Don't be nervous because 1) there is no reason to be and 2) the fairies may sense it.

FAIRY MAGICK

Fairies can be very helpful in magick, as they have a lot of power and they are certainly not ignorant when it comes to using it. Fairies know a great deal of magick and glamour themselves, so, if you can get them to trust you, they can be a great help.

Fairies, with the except of a small few, hate love spells and will not be able to help you with them. Love isn't a big thing on the Astral Plane, so they really don't understand it and can't work for it. Selfish spells, for only self improvement, are not good spells to ask for help for either. Fairies will gladly help, when asked correctly and well thanked by offerings, with spells that benefit others and nature.

When asking a fairy to help you, make sure you are safely inside a sacred circle of power or at least have a protection charm and spell working for you. Never let a fairy inside your circle of energy, as there is no telling how dangerous they could be. If a bad fairy comes through to you, send it on its way and ask for another.

Fairies are not content to simply stand on the outside of your circle and watch. Get them involved. Singing, chanting, and music are great for involving the fairies, along with enhancing your spells. Get them interested. If you're singing and dancing, they'll want to come to you.

Thank the fairies when you're done, but give them an offering too. They prefer food and trinkets to a simple little "thanks"

2005 Highlights From The Past

2005 Highlights From The Past

1958

o The Fellowship started with a few persons who met at the home of Kate and Marv Fuller. Kate and Marv, who had met at Antioch College in Ohio, came to the area and joined the Great Books Club. A small group became friends and began meeting in each other's homes to study world religions. Some went on to study The Epic of Unitarianism: Original Writings from the History of Liberal Education (1957) by David Parke, who lived next door to Marv and Kate at Antioch College. The book was influential in their decision to form a liberal religious community. For the first year, meetings were held in the homes of the members. Meetings continued at the Morton House in Benton Harbor into 1960. Kate and Marvin Fuller, Ralph and Lenore Marti, and Albert J. Martin were the founding members of the Unitarian Fellowship of Berrien County, recognized by the Unitarian Association in Boston in May 1959.

1960

o In September, the meeting site was changed to the Cove at the YWCA. From January 1959 to January 1960, about thirty individuals attended regularly. The Fellowship continued to meet at the YWCA until 1968.

o The Unitarian Fellowship of Berrien County incorporated. The November 15, 1960, application for incorporation was signed by Marvin Fuller, Catherine Fuller, and Rafael Marti on October 31, 1960. The application stated that the purpose of the fellowship was:

To unite together to develop religious attitudes objectively and honestly in order that life may become more meaningful for the members, families and our fellowman. The Corporation shall be nonpolitical and shall be devoted to promoting a spirit of brotherhood and a closer association between the members of the organization and to assist in charitable work of any nature deemed beneficial and to the best interest of the order and to society as a whole. The Corporation shall not be operated as a Church but merely to promote understanding between our fellowman.

1962-1963

o Beginning in October 1962, instead of having ministers from other Unitarian churches, persons from the community, or one of our own members, a student intern at the Meadville Theological School in Chicago served as "minister" every other Sunday. Ron Engle was the first student minister.

o The Fellowship became the Unitarian Universalist Fellowship of Berrien County.

o In September 1963, services which had been held Sunday evenings were moved up to the morning hour.

1968

o A wealthy member of the community, Elizabeth Upton Vawter, had also become a UUFBC member and in 1968 she offered the Fellowship financial assistance to purchase the former Evangelical Brethren Church at 601 Main Street in Saint Joseph, the site of the current Heritage Center. The Fellowship was excited and ready to take on the challenge of growth. With their own building, the Fellowship intended to be visible in the community and grow to its full potential. The first service was held in the building on September 15, 1968.

1969

o A dedication service was held on January 19, 1969, with a program of singing by the Chicago Children's Choir and a speaker, Reverend Malcolm Sutherland, President of the Meadville Theological School. Mr. Joseph Drolen officiated as President. To supplement income from pledges and the plate, the building was rented. In addition, plays were performed, political rallies held, and the Silver Fiddle coffeehouse found a home in the basement. The fellowship produced programs like Don Juan in Hell, sold sandwiches and beverages to passersby on Blossom Parade days, had rummage sales, a bake sale to benefit the R.E. department, and put on a Fiesta Dinner to celebrate All Souls Day. To reduce expenses, members did the cleaning and painted and cleaned the downstairs fellowship hall. Members donated chairs and carpeting, stationery, and other things.

FALL 1973-SPRING 1974

o The Reverend Theodore F. Kennedy was called as full-time minister for two years but was dismissed after one year. After The Reverend Kennedy's departure, the congregation continued the practice of using ministerial supply from Mead-Lombard Theological Seminary supplementing with lay led programs or guest speakers.

1973

o The name was changed from the Unitarian Universalist Fellowship of Berrien County to BUUF, Berrien County Unitarian Universalist Fellowship.

1979

o Unable to afford the needed repairs, maintenance, and heating costs after Elizabeth Upton Vawter's death in 1978, the Main Street building was sold. The Fellowship then held meetings at the Cove of the YWCA in Saint Joseph, where it celebrated its 25th anniversary in 1983.

1984

o The building at 4340 Lincoln Avenue, Saint Joseph, was purchased.

1986

o On May 4, 1986, the Berrien Unitarian Universalist Fellowship dedicated the current building at 4340 Lincoln Avenue. Sarah McClendon, noted Washington correspondent and journalist was the speaker. How To Make Fragrant Sparkly Faerie Dust To Attract Fairys To Your Garden

How To Make Fragrant Sparkly Faerie Dust To Attract Fairys To Your Garden
Sparky Fairy DustDo you want to attract the faeries into your garden? The faeries love all things sparkly, they also like anything sweet so this is a perfect combination of sweet and sparkly! This is a very simple recipe that is guaranteed to bring the fairies into your home. The fae folk are always around us but sometimes they just need a little encouragement to draw them a little nearer. This simple recipe is very easy to follow and children will enjoy making it with adult supervision.Astarte Moon sparkly faerie dust.Ingredients.1 cup granulated sugarHandful of and flower petals that you may have in your garden.Hundreds and thousands, or other cake decorations of your choosing. I find those little silver balls are a big hit!Lavender flowers.First of all you need to go foraging for the petals that you are going to use. If you have flowers in your garden then that is great. Brightly coloured flowers are good to use but it's not too important what variety you use. You can use dried petals if you have them. The lavender gives the fairie dust a lovely smell but again it is not essential. If you do not have a garden or do not have any flowers in bloom then take a walk down to your nearest park. Search out some lovely weeds that you can use, daisies and dandelions are good. Hedgerows are a good place to find wild flowers growing. When you have found the flowers that you are going to use take your sugar and pour it into your mixing bowl. Next add your flower petals and lavender if you have any. Finally, add your hundreds and thousands or any variety of cake decorations that you choose. You may like to use a few different varieties; anything may be used as long as it is biodegradable. The more exciting and more sparkly, the more the fairies will love your faerie dust! When you have finished making your fairy dust you can store it in a sealed container. Placed in a nice glass jar it will even make a lovely decoration. If you have used fresh flower petals then they will dry out over time but that is fine, the fairies will still think they are wonderful. If you are ready to use the faerie dust straight away then it's time to sprinkle some in your garden! Again this is an activity that children will love to do! Take your faerie dust and just take a minute to charge the dust with your intent. Hold your hands over the faerie dust and feel your energy going into the dust, focus on it attracting fairies into your life and the lives of the people around you. Next sprinkle the faerie dust where you would like the faeries to visit. You may already have a space in your garden dedicated to fairies, a faerie house maybe or a particular tree? If you don't have a garden you could use a window box or sprinkle a little bit around a plant pot. There are of course other ways that will attract fairies into your garden and thus enhance the power of the faerie dust. They love wind chimes and anything bright and shiny so you could try some brightly coloured plant pots or garden ornaments. Faeries and water sprites not surprisingly also adore water so if you have a pond in your garden that is wonderful. If not you might consider building a small water feature, the sight and sound of running water is very attractive to faeries. It is also and extremely relaxing thing to have in your garden and you will be amazed by how good it makes you feel. Meditating next to running water is extremely beneficial. If a water feature is out of the question then even something as small as a birdbath will suffice. Flowers to plant in your garden to attract the faeries include: sunflowers, daisies, cosmos, rosemary, thyme, purple coneflower, pansies, and foxglove. Apple cherry and pear trees are firm favourites, as indeed are any tree or bush that bears fruit. Faeries also love wild flowers so if you can leave a patch of garden free for nature you will have a wonderful patch of nature for you and the fairies to enjoy. You will have the added bonus of having friends such as butterflies visit your garden more often too!Faerie blessings to you, Alison

Trophy

Trophy
THE CHAOS TROPHY
An Exercise of the Egg

The Chaos Trophy can be committed for as long as the member desires, though at least one week is suggested. This Trophy can be committed in Lesser, Greater, or Extreme form. The Chaos Trophy should only be
committed when a member has gone through the steps of a Monk
(Monasticism), Aeonic Warrior (Jihad), Vessel (Eucharistia), and Pilgrim (Excursion). The period of time spent on each of these is unimportant, as is the degree - in fact, the member may have done each for different periods of time and in different degrees. For instance, you may follow the Extreme Observances of Monasticism for two weeks, the Lesser
Performances of Eucharistia for three weeks, The Greater Jihad Duties for one month, and the Extreme Excursion for three weeks, or whatever. It is not necessary to have gone through each of these in immediate succession, though it is suggested for added effectiveness. The purposes of the Chaos Trophy are as follows:

1. To unify the powers of Chaos in a properly disorderly fashion.

2. To strengthen the Aetheric magical abilities.

3. To phenomonize the powers of the other four observances in a central
core.

4. To use the powers of all four observances for the Immanentization
of the Eschaton.

COMMITMENT OF LESSER CHAOS TROPHYISM

1. Perform the Vortex Rite to Immanentize the Eschaton once upon
awakening and once upon retiring each day.

2. Perform one Pathworking or Shamanic Journey each day which
includes the four elements or tools or in some way and includes
manipulation of Aether and/or Chaos.

3. Create a Black Egg which will be carried with you at all times.

COMMITMENT OF GREATER TROPHYISM

1. Commit all the acts of the Lesser Trophyism.

2. Perform a second Pathworking or Shamanic Journey each day.

COMMITMENT OF THE EXTREME TROPHYISM

1. Commit all the acts of the Greater Trophyism (which include the
Lesser
).

2. Break the sleep midway through to perform a second Vortex Rite for
the Immanentization of the Eschaton.

3. Perform a third Pathworking or Shamanic Journey each day.

The Black Egg should be created just before the Commitments of Chaos Trophyism begin and can be made of any material which will remain
permanent, such as clay. After the Acts of your Trophyism have been Committed, you may consider yourself a "Singularity of Chaos". A
Singularity is the center of mass of a black hole. You can never reach the Singularity because (apparently, as no one has done this or can and live to tell the tale) the closer you get to this, the further stretched out you become (infinitely so). Furthermore, nothing can escape or move away from the Singularity, not even light. The purpose of the Black Egg is that it symbolizes Aether. After the Acts have been Committed, the Egg should be kept as a magical tool and can be inscribed with a record of the Commitments. To be a Singularity is to consider oneself a master of the uses of the magical tools and elements.

Life And Religion

Life And Religion
By Chad M

This is the time of change.

This is the time of wonder.

Religion does not bring change.

Religion destroys the sense of wonder.

Religion is not courageous. It is fearful and cringing.

Religion is not loving. It is tyrannical and abusive.

Religion is not the truth, the way and the light.

It is lies, misdirection and darkness.

A cross on the wall and a nail in the coffin.

Both are resounding and final.

Both are found at the end of life.

I choose Life and Wonder over Fear and Regret.

Religion calls the brave man a coward and the wise man foolish.

Religion acts with self loathing and hatred towards itself.

Religion denies the nature of the universe and kills all hope.

Religion is man dreaming of his God.

Religion is man creating his creator.

Religion is the man made controller of man.

God is Dead as myths must die

to make way for the dawn of reason

and the limitless sky of curiosity.

The blood of a human god does not spill easily and without cost.

The free gift of redemption from our true selves

requires only our Spirit and Mind and Body

locked in perpetual gratis slavery to the scapegoat of God.

God will see the fires of Hades rise in smoke forever

with the bodies of good men and bad cast down to perdition.

In this Law: Believe you in me and I'll enslave you to me

But out of Love will I cast you to the flames if you do not

Religion: Repressive Elitist Ludicrous Isolating Governing Insulting Oppresive Nihilistic

W101 Collections Inspiration Ahead

W101 Collections Inspiration Ahead
I've always pictured Pirate101 as the collector's paradise - unique boss gear, all kinds of weapons, and a lot of items that we're discovering all the time. But as it turns out, Wizard101 has long had some even more fascinating sets of items to collect from a number of locations.

PLANNING A-HEAD

My goal is to set out and start collecting some of these items in-game and expand that collection as much as possible within reasonable crown and time investments. Then, after it's all over, I'm hoping to offer some of my own tips to aspiring collectors. What do I mean, exactly, by collections? Items and item sets like rare casting wands, tapestries, treasure cards, dropped and crafted spells, and the one I'm most anticipating... bobbleheads! I'm hoping to do a total of four posts in this series. But first, I've got to get some ideas on how to go about this process.

WARM WELCOME FROM A COLD WIZARD

Blogger, graphic artist, and "Ice" wizard David Silverhunter, better known as Frostcaller, was happy to show me one of his collections - tapestries. This is definitely a tough collection, given the fact that several of these tapestries don't necessarily have easy locations in which to obtain them. In fact, most tapestries are given away by fansites, while others are buried in packs or bundles - that can be both time consuming and expensive.

Frostcaller told me that he loves collecting, and that he'd finished his promo wand collection, so he decided to start a new one: "I have 13 tapestries and think there are 26 in total, so I'd say I'm halfway. I tend to pick them up as I'm able, but I don't think I'll be able to complete this tapestry collection." His tapestries were arranged in the hallways by world.

Tapestries - I had been largely ignoring the contests and tons of giveaway on Twitter. I think I need to start paying closer attention and trying to snag a few of those if I'm going to have a serious collection.

THE OBSESSION BEGINS?

Beatriz Abbott, also a blogger with many a talent, invited me into her home to check out her Bobblehead collection - one that I was very excited to see. She had three shelves full of them - two of unique bobbleheads and one of duplicates. She warned that it wasn't anything fancy, but I was too busy looking at the items.

Beatriz (Emma Starblood in Wizard101) said that she had simply been assembling the ones she came by: "I think I had started out with the intention of collecting, but it's kind of an expensive hobby." Turns out all of these bobbleheads come from packs, "... except for the Cyclops one, which was with gold from the Crown Shop."

Her bobbleheads were impressive. She had them arranged by world and that's when I realized that each one had a base based on the world it was from, regardless of the pack it came in - and some bobbleheads of the same world might come from different packs.

ONE MAN'S TRASH...

... is another man's treasure card collection? Some of those old cards you throw away in the Bazaar become a part of a very complete collection for others. Christo Deathgiver has long been known for his assistance to others, but it wasn't until his return following a long break that became a major part of the treasure card trading. It's hard to view a treasure card collection, especially when he has collected just about every card out there - that means the same spell from every pack if it's available in different packs, etc.

"Before I started playing W101, I played LOTS of CCG (Collector Card Games) like Magic the Gathering, Pokemon, Yugioh and the list goes on and on.... So collecting was already in my blood and mindset so it came very naturally to start a collection of cards that seemed rare or hard to find," Christo said. "I have one wizard on my son's account that has 110 Druid Knot decks (3520 cards) that holds most of my cards that I trade/collect. As well all of my 12 wizards on my regular 2 accounts have at least 5 decks strictly for holding extra tc cards (5 decks x 32 cards per deck x 12 wizards = 1920 more cards)."

Christo also offered some advice to aspiring collectors of treasure cards: "I would start at the top. By that I mean start with avid collectors like Allen Strongthief123, broker27 or myself for example. Avid collectors will usually have lots of extras of rare/hard to find cards that you can get for a pretty reasonable price (forum gold). Most of the bigger collectors have forum gold coming out of their ears so getting cards from them would be easier than getting card from someone that has only one or two of the cards and no forum gold. They will tend to charge more than what the price guide may list."

BOBBLEHEADS, BOBBLEHEADS EVERYWHERE!

My final collection observation would be Johnny's. He had posted a picture on Twitter of his collection, and I had to see it in person. As it turns out, he's got all kinds of small collections in his impressive Massive Fantasy Palace - rare wands, Ravenwood professor portraits, and so on.

He explained that because Bobbleheads are only available from packs (minus the one from the Crown Shop), he, like Emma, wasn't picking them up each day, simply putting together the ones he'd come by, even adding in some duplicates. One that he's recently added was Old Green Beard, which Wizard101 gave away via code on Twitter.

Johnny had a number of interesting bobbleheads. One I hadn't seen before was Malistaire. Although I'd previously concluded that each had a base based on the world it came from regardless of the pack, Malistaire seemed to have a MooShu base. Which was strange, because he didn't come from a MooShu-themed pack. In fact, he came from one with several other Dragonspyre characters that had Dragonspyre bases.

After a long day of seeing different collections and hearing about how these people went about them, I was ready to start myself - all I had to do now was decide what I wanted to collect, which items I wanted, and how I was going to get them... all started with digging through twelve houses, five attics and banks, and a shared bank. But that's a story for next time...

Thanks for reading and see you in the Spiral! "Credits: Thanks to Frostcaller, Beatriz Abbott, Christo Deathgiver, and Johnny for allowing me to see their collections and ask them questions."

Friday Positive Affirmation Spiritual Evolution Your Next Step

Friday Positive Affirmation Spiritual Evolution Your Next Step
Greetings Dear Ones...

It is common to say that we are all on different levels of our spiritual evolution. In some spiritual organizations, our personal ascension is documented by initiations which keep us yearning and learning toward that next step ~~ something to look forward to, as it were.

Today's Positive Affirmation is geared to help you rise to the next level of unfoldment at the speed that is perfect for you at this time and in this place. This is not an initiation in the physical, but more of an awareness on the inner, a personal gage as to where you are spiritually in the NOW. Try it for a week and see if you are not more focused and clear in your spiritual goals. Life is a wonderful process, dear ones. Let us All, each one of us, approach our personal spirituality with a zest and joy once reserved for birthdays and holidays, because every day is a special opportunity to move forward toward the Creator Source, the All That Is.

Use these short affirmations throughout the day, or if you wish, you may repeat them as one paragraph. I personally like to keep them short.. but please, use these affirmations in a way that suits your needs.

" I am an active participant in my personal spiritual unfoldment."

" I recognize and accept that every experience is a lesson and an opportunity to move forward toward the next level of my growth."

" I grant permission to the Universe to bring me to where I need to be in order to fulfill my spiritual goals."

"I am One with the All That Is."

When you first begin to say your affirmations, you may find yourself simply repeating the words without much feeling. This is fine. Eventually, as you continue to speak your affirmations, you will begin to sense a commitment and conviction in each word. Good for you! Just remember that no matter how you say them, the HIgher Mind gets the message and processes the affirmation to manifest quietly into your physical life. And... So It Is !

I would like to thank Ascended Master Sananda for assistance with today's Positive Affirmation.

Sending much love and light always

We love fairies from the time when they lever our understanding of render speechless and call back us that we can fishy in whatever thing mystical and otherworldly that is good and pure and terrific. Our ardor for fairies has been a boorish anecdote across centuries and countries. Legends of locked away fairies watching again newborns were illustrious in the Border line Ages, and ancient Irish and Celtic tradition of leprechauns and diminutive kinfolk told of fairy kinfolk living in the forests and playing exquisite on natives. Shakespeare's Midsummer Night's Faith and other plays outstandingly featured fairies who meddled in the interaction of men. In fact, in the Renaissance Italy, fairy costumes were definitely working-class with noblewomen attending the lots pretense balls that were working-class in cities have a desire for Venice and Rome.

Excellent just this minute, the Lord of the Ornaments produced an general world of elves, fairies and other creatures with their own words, culture and publicize of dressing. Renaissance Fairs increased brief in superstar after the movie trilogy was complimentary on the big buckskin, with Elves, Hobbits and Dwarves appearing in full press-gang.

Happy Birthday Immaculate Mary

Happy Birthday Immaculate Mary
It's the Blessed Mother's Birthday today. A wonderful day to keep it simple and have fun. Make a cake or cupcakes or take it easy and by a little grocery bakery cake. Sing "Happy Birthday" to Mary (singing "Immaculate Mary" as well since she was born "immaculate"), pray a Hail Mary (or the whole rosary or just a decade, the latter is the reality for our younger family) and bring some flowers to a statue of Mary. It's a simple feast like this that my kids love the most. This year we'll be combining dinner and dessert by making a big stake of blueberry pancakes layered with whip cream in the shape of a birthday cake with a candle on top. Here's what we have done in years past...

Thank You Immaculate Mary...and Happy Birthday too (2010)
